I am reading that if you are not using a PAYMENT GATEWAY you are not able to collect credit card information for offline processing at all???? I tried to collect credit card numbers on my form in just a regular text field and your system blocked out most of the numbers.

Your competitors do not limit credit card processing to online payment gateways only.

    Why do you??

Please reply as we may need to switch providers quickly.

    Thanks

I am sorry to inform you, but this is correct, we do not allow the credit card data collection. According to the Payment Card Industry’s Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) guidelines, the credit card data must not be stored unless it’s absolutely necessary, also this is not allowed to store unencrypted cardholder data. To simplify the PCI compliance for our clients, we decided to offer the online payments through the payment integrations instead.

Currently, we support 30+ payment processing integrations. When you use one of the payment integrations, the credit card data is being directly sent to the payment provider. We also support payment integrations in authorization mode. For example, with Stripe integration in authorization mode you can collect valid credit card details (e.g. authorize $0.5 USD) and charge custom amount payments through your Stripe account later.
