Question about Square payment

    Hello.

So I have square embeded in my form, and there is membership options and credit card entry for the payment page. I wonder if there is any convenient way for people to submit the form either when they click to put into their credit info or not. Now they cannot submit the form if they click on any button on the payment section.

I only need to use this form for people who subscribe for monthly auto payment, otherwise I use the square app. So please help me fix this issue for people to submit the form.

Another question: Is there any way to unsubscribe all my auto payment clients without notifying them?

To clarify, do you want users to pay by credit card or check payment option? If so, to add a check payment option, there is a better workaround available to achieve your requirements. I would suggest you please take a look at the following guide which should help you: How-to-Set-up-PayPal-Along-with-Other-Payment-Options

"Is there any way to unsubscribe all my auto payment clients without notifying them?"

Can you please explain this question in detail? Do you want to unsubscribe subscriptions from Square?

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

On the membership option page we are having problems when it comes to selecting a payment option and submitting the form. For example, once they select one of the membership options, and if they do not enter the credit card number they cannot submit the form. Is there any way that we either unclick the option or any better way?? This is very serious issue, I cannot get their credit card info if I am not using this form... but at the same time I do not want them to select any option if they are not using the form for a payment

Unfortunately, Unfortunately, if the product/option is selected then they will need to enter their credit card details. If you want to have an option that they can only select the product, but have the option to not have their credit card inputted then you can create the product/options manually using basic fields such as radio button/checkbox.

You can then pass the calculation amount if they want to pay through jotform: How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

I checked out your suggestion, but I don't think it works for our payment system. I think this is really just a BUG that you guys have to fix. Because the square system already can be selected as not required. So we should be able to submit the form regardless of whether we click on it or not. Otherwise, there is really no way of using your payment form flexibly, because I cannot hide that page either.

I test submitted your form, I didn't click the payment fields/options to make sure the form will be submitted. The other workaround is to hide the payment field if they do not want to place their credit card details.

As I mentioned, that is how the radio button works in the payment field. Once selected, it will no longer be possible to clear the radio button that is why I suggest you create a payment field using the basic fields and pass the calculation to the payment integration instead.

What I would suggest is add a radio button that asks them if they want to pay through jotform. If yes, then you can display the payment field.  If not, then hide the payment field so they can submit the form with no problems.

Let us know if that could work for you.

Adding the radio button saying yes or no solved the problem. Because now whether they select membership by mistake or not, I can always select yes or no to hide it in order to submit the form. Thanks a lot!
