Why can't WE determine what goes into OUR Spam folder? Why not allow all emails to come to my Inbox and let me click the "Report SPAM" icon?

To clarify, all your notification emails are sent to your spam folder?
May we know if you have created a filter to allow noreply@jotform.com?
You may try also whitelisting our IP addresses and domains.
