Cant login to following jot forms

    Hi Jotform, 


    I have a cuple of forms on Jotform but have not the password and email to login for those forms anymore. My google account is deleted, i use the google account when i was created the forms. Is it possible that you can put in my new e-mail address in the login area for following forms so i can login in backend of Jotforms:

    The forms you provided were created on the account kjp1. The email address of the account is k*******8@g***l.com. You can log in with the username or password. You can reset the password if you forgot it. 

    How to reset JotForm account password

    If you cannot reset the password because you do not have that email account anymore, you would need to provide us some additional info, so that we can confirm that you are the account owner. After that, we can move the forms to your new account. 

    1. Provide us the account email address

    2. Tell us when did you create the account

    3. Tell us when were logged into that account last time

    4. Tell us if the account ever had a paid subscription and which subscription was it

    You can also simply clone those forms to your new account and use the cloned forms from now on.

    Hello Jotform,
    Email kalpedal8@gmail.com, it is a non payment subscription plan. I was in the backend this year in april.

    Your forms are using this email n**epl**.*ac***n***il***@g***l.**m as the recipient for email notification. Do you still have access to that email? Can you please verify that email?
