Refund for wrong charging money

    Hi there,

    Your website said $114 for annual fee but charge me $173.83 from my account. Please refund my money ASAP.

    Secondly,

    I use IPad Jotform to submit several offline forms, but now cannot sync or open the files. I’m so frustrated with it as these offline submission forms are so important to me. Please help me to solve them ASAP.

    I have checked your account linked with the email address tracy.wu@jqz.com.au and I can see that you have been charged $114. You can also check your invoice by going to the Settings >> Billing tab.
