Cannot sync or open the offline submissions

I use IPad Jotform to submit several offline forms, but now cannot sync or open the files. I’m so frustrated with it as these offline submission forms are so important to me. Please help me to solve them ASAP.

I would like to clarify if you mean File Uploads for "files" or if you mean the entire offline submissions including the files cannot be read/open and sync? A screenshot or a short clip would help as well.
