I cannot create a PDF after filling out the form

    There are problems that make me hesitate to buy from you


    1- I can't create a PDF after filling out the form.(new problem)


    2- Arabic letters do not appear when creating a PDF file (it happened to me in a previous form before the first problem).

    ticket to this problem was previously lifted and has not been resolved.

    Are you referring to the email PDF attachment or the PDF submission?


    2. Arabic letters do not appear when creating a PDF file (it happened to me in a previous form before the first problem).

    I checked the ticket and it is still not resolved. Unfortunately, we cannot give you any timeframe when it will be fixed. But, we will notify you immediately once our developers have any updates.

    Hi,

    Upon cloned your form, it looks good on my end. Please check my screenshot:

    Is the issue resolved? I cleared your form cache on our server. 

    I suggest to fill out the form manually and before opening your PDF Submission. 

    Please try it and let us know if the issue still persists.
