We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I test submitted your form to test the submission upload, but so far I was not able to reproduce the issue you reported.
I was able to upload and submit the form successfully.
When I checked on your form, I noted that the option on max file size was set to 100GB -- which is incorrect. The max file per upload session can only be at 1GB.
I suggest you change it to 1048576 KB to correct set the upload size limit and avoid any possible issue with the upload option on the form.

I send the link to my clients through Instagram. The link opens in a built-in browser inside the instagram. When you try to load any image, all data entered above disappear.

Is there any way you can take a short clip of the problem? That would help us troubleshoot this for you.
You can upload the screencast to dropbox or google drive and share with us the shareable link so we can view it on our end.

Thank you for sharing us the link. I can see that the issue does persist at your end, unfortunately, when we tried at our end by directly submitting it using the Chrome mobile browser, it is working fine.
However, we would need to check the form through your Instagram page and access it through your Instagram bio. I suspect this has something to do with the in-app browser. Like if it is not working when you try using the in-app browser but working when you open it outside like Chrome or Safari or the native browser.
In order to test it, we want you to embed this form link in your Instagram bio and make it the public page so we can view your bio and try it from our end.
I can only guess that the problem is with the in-app browser, I suggest you to use other file upload widgets, we have the following in-house widgets:
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/image_upload_preview
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/drag_and_drop_upload
Let us know if the issue still persists with using different widgets. Also, please provide us the necessary details so that we can test it and if required, escalate this issue to our backend team for further investigation.
We will be waiting for your response.

Unfortunately, I could not find the desired widget. I need to upload about 50 photos per session. I don’t think the problem is in a specific instagram account. The obvious problem with the integrated browser on instagram. I hope you can fix this bug.

I also want to say that the problem did not appear immediately, at the beginning of using forms, loading worked correctly.

Do you mean to say that you send form's direct URL in Instagram?
Please try to add the "Image Upload Preview" & "Drag and Drop Upload" widget and see if that solves your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to add widget in form:
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.

Do these widgets have the ability to upload multiple images at once?

The Drag and Drop Upload widget does support uploading multiple images. However, the maximum size of the file uploaded is only 20MB. The other widget 'Image upload preview' doesn't allow uploading multiple files to the widget.
Thanks!

I need multiple images uploading. 20MB is too small for me. Hope you can fix this bug.

Unfortunately, this is the limitation for the drag and drop upload widget.
You may try using the File upload field instead.
JotForm maximum number of files = Recommended value is up to 25 files per submission
NOTE: The multiple file upload does not support larger files (more than 100MB) yet. It would sometimes fail due to the resources it would take for the file to be uploaded. The single file upload on the other hand supports larger files.https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit
