I have created a clone of an existing form and added a few fields to a section. I then matched the conditional formatting to the existing form and yet it is still not operating in the same manner. The existing form is called "Leave Administration Implementation Checklist" and the clone is called "Clone of Leave Administration Implementation Checklist". The section that is not working is under General Income Replacement->State Mandated Income Replacement Programs.

Thank you for contacting us. I have cloned your form, and noticed that those fields are shown, because of this condition:

Those field will be hidden only if "NY State Insurance Fund (NYSIF)" is selected. If that is not selected, they will be visible.

If you want the fields to be hidden by default, and show them if any of these options are selected(except for "NY State Insurance Fund (NYSIF)"):

Then, calibrate your condition to this:

Could you please illustrate with screenshots which fields should not be shown? Also, specify when exactly they should be displayed to the user.

Only items in yellow should be showing until a state is selected. Then the items for that state should show. However these also have conditional fields within them. Do you need every single conditional field within the document outlined?1578093792General Income Replacement Sec Screenshot 10

Unfortunately, I am having a hard time reading the fields in the yellow markers. Could you please split the images into two or just let us know the field name so we can check it further?

We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.
