link with word document

    Hi,

    Do you have an app that will automatically take the entries from the form and put them into a work or other text document?

    Ie 

    JotForm Answers:

    1. I don't know

    2. 73

    3. New York


    An app that then puts them into a Word or text document:

    What was that about ? I don't know. I am 73 years old and live in New York.

    I think what you can do is to add a NARRATIVE FIELD widget to your form. The widget also allows you to either receive the answers as they appear with the paragraph or sentence, or in a tabulated format without the narration text.
