I sent an email to support@jotform.com yesterday forwarding an email but we've had complaints from the users that we send email reminders to that the blue button that should be linked to the form is not redirecting them anywhere. I set it up to come to myself as a test and was able to confirm that when I click the blue button with the form name on it, it doesn't take me anywhere. I have deleted/re-added the reminder and no luck.

I have seen your forwarded mail and can see that the link is not redirecting.
I have tried to replicate the issue but everything seems to be working fine at my end. I request you to please try configuring the test reminder mail in one of the other forms. If the issue persists we will escalate this to our backend team for furthur investigation.
Also, could you please let us know if you have modified the reminder mail template?
