Keep receiving requests to upgrade as problem with credit card

    I have already upgraded and paid last week???

    I've reviewed your account and can't see recent upgrades/transactions made to your account. Please check your account billing page to see the history of your subscription transactions.


    Can you please give us a screenshot of the receipt to upgrade you are referring to?
