AMC Theatres form issues.

    I see you guys are having issues. Any idea when this will be resolved?

    May you please kindly provide more details about the issues you're experiencing? 

    Any error message you're getting or something in specific?

    Sorry for being so vague, I thought the issue was more widespread, but I guess it was only happening on our enterprise account (amctheatres.jotform.com).

    For about 5-10 minutes, we were getting a generic 502 Bad Gateway Nginx error.

    I'm guessing it was due to increased traffic and it seems to be resolved now. Can you please look into the root cause and see if there's anything that could be done to prevent this from happening again in the future?

    We had hundreds of guest complaints in that 10 minute period and we'd like to avoid that in the future.
