Hi. I would like to set up the ability for people to make payments for a product rather than pay all at once. For example if their total comes to 1000 and they want to pay over 4 months. Is this possible?
Thank you!

Hi,
Yes, this is possible by setting up a recurring payment option on a form. It is like splitting the total amount into installments.
First, this can be done by selecting Sell Subscriptions for the Payment Type on the payment tool settings.
Then create 2 products for your users to choose from this will be their payment options:
1. Monthly Installment- in which the subscription should be set to Monthly and the number of payments will be the duration:
2. One-time Payment- the subscription's duration would be 1 which means they will pay off the total amount in one month or once.
Here's an example of the output on the form:

Unfortunately, number of payments is not available on the Stripe payment gateway. So, you would need to use a different integration such as PayPal.
Note: if the option to set up number of payments in Stripe subscriptions is implemented in the future, you will be notified in the following forum thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2110439
Please open a new forum thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
