Redirect at end of survey is NOT redirecting

Hi there, i have a link that i have included at the end of our Solar My Home Florida survey form to redirect and it is not working. Instead it is showing a Thank You page, even though I checked the redirect to external link box. I would appreciate your assistance.  Thank you.

I have checked your form and you have two conditions to show different custom Thank you page.

This is the reason why your form is not redirecting.

You may disable the two conditions or add a condition to redirect.

Hello this cannot be why it's not redirecting.  I am filling out our form so that neither of these conditions is applicable. I can understand it not redirecting if I fell under these conditions but I am not selecting anything that applies to them.  I have the correct redirect link.  Can you please help me.  This is very frustrating.

Thank you!  It's not letting me select ALL... it is making me choose just one. 

You can click the "+" button to add another condition:

if i do a redirect there it will not finish out the survey correct?  Won't it redirect them as soon as they answer one of my conditions?

Unfortunately, all redirects will happen only after the user submitted the form.

There is no option to redirect them while filling out the form.
