    Hello hello

    The jotform is named VAT Exemption and is found almost at bottom of our page at www.hmsmobility.com

    It does not open now. It's been ok for several years but has just stopped opening. Says because it's unsecure?

    I would be most grateful to get this working again.

    Based on the screenshot the error is usually caused by restrictions on your IP address, for some reason, it is being blocked by on our end. May we ask for your IP address so that we can try to whitelist it?

    Hello,

    This issue seems to be isolated to your network. May we ask if it would be possible for you to try using any different internet connection to see if the problem will persist there?

    On another note, I was just checking with our devs team to make sure that there's no problem on our end. We see few reports from other users in your location (only UK), so we concluded that problem is isolated to a specific ISP provider, you can contact them to check if they are applying any blocks on their end. So far we could not replicate the issue when accessing forms from UK location.
