Need Invoice for December, ASAP!!

Hi, my name is Cynthia Lopez. I work for the University of Texas at San Antonio. I have a major issue. I purchased this monthly service for my co-worker and need the monthly receipt/invoice for the month of December. I just found out that she is out ill and will not be coming back for a while. I have to submit my monthly charges to the University for auditing. Would you be able to send me a receipt or who can I talk to?
