Hi there, we're trying to set up registration for a conference and aren't sure how to get our PayPal account connected properly.

We're currently using a PayPal Pro integration on the form, and attempting to use Sandbox API credentials to test some fake credit cards for our set-up purposes. After submitting the form, we get an error message that reads:

    Security error
    Security header is not valid

Any help you can provide as to whether we're using the wrong PayPal integration, wrong API calls, etc. would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Please note that live PayPal credentials will not work for PayPal Sandbox mode. You can use accounts created through https://developer.paypal.com/ for the PayPal Sandbox mode. Please take a look at the next guide for more information:

Thanks, Mike. Will check the guide again, but think something else is hanging us up. Also have an email in to support@jotform.com so this will surely be solved soon!
