You can customize the font sizes and colors of texts on your form using custom CSS codes. Please see this guide on how to Customize-Your-Form-Using-Custom-CSS-Codes.

So here's a sample code you can use to customize the color of the checkboxes you have there in the payment field. It's a bit lot of coding though, but here it is:
You can copy the code and add it to the current custom CSS codes you have in the form.
