Shared template can't be found

Dear Support Team,

I've shared a template that I created but if other people using their accounts can't find it. Can you please check what may be the problem?

The template is called "Tünetkövető" but I just changed the name of it to "Symptom Tracking".

I checked your account and I didn't see any form names that you provided.

Could you please let us know what template did you create? Is it a PDF template, Card Form Template, or Classic Form Template?

I've clicked on Update form, yet it doesn't appear if someone looks for it among other templates

Your form is already available in the Form Template gallery. However, you need to filter two things in order to search the template easily.

1. Select Form type - Card

2. Filter by language - Magyar
