some older submissions are missing fields?

I'm not sure if this has happened to anybody else, but older submissions are missing really critical fields! This one is the Enrolment form we have and we need to know the course they're enrolling for! it looks like everything from December and older is missing this vital info. Any advice?

I checked your Form submission page and could see that the course details are present in all the submissions - https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions 

I can see where you are facing this issue. It's in the PDF Editor, where only the submissions from 43 to 48 are showing the Course details. However, the information is present in the Form submission page.

So please try creating a new PDF document and check if the old submissions are now visible:
