Getting an Out of Storage message in my account

    I do not understand why I am asked to do an upgrade. Can you explain?

    We have a Total Submissions Storage limit for free accounts, which is 500. That is the total submissions you can store on your account. There is an error on your account counter, I've fixed that. You only have 41 submissions.
