Form not sending submission emails.

    Employment Application Form is not sending us alerts and has caused us to miss good business. Please advise. We checked our spam folder and nothing has been sent.

    I did check your form and it seems you have configured 3 recipient email addresses to send submission email. Are you not receiving email on any of the email addresses?

    As per our email logs, submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

    Since you are using SMTP sender email, I would suggest you to please check your SMTP account email logs and see if the emails are being sent successfully or not. 

    I would also suggest you to please change the sender email to noreply@jotform.com and see if that solves your problem.
