Access to Account

    Hello, I work at Odle Management and I am working on updating our application and website. I am showing that our current application was created with Jotform. I am having a hard time finding what the account information is because whoever who created the form isn't here anymore and no one seems to know who did it. 

    What steps do I need to take to get the information for that account. 

    This is the only information I have for this form.

    As checked, the form belongs to this account username: nickjulia.

    You may contact the owner of this account to be able to transfer the ownership to you. He just needs to change the email address associated with it to yours. And after that, you may reset its password using this guide on How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password.

    The reset link will then be sent to your email address and clicking it may enable you to update the account password.

    Hello, the problem we have is that whoever owns that handle, is not with the company anymore. Is there another way to prove that we own this account?

    I checked the account and it is active with Gold subscription. 

    Do you need the account or do you need the form (https://www.jotform.us/form/60876668000155)?

    If you want the account you can contact the current owner (njulia@epic****z.com). Do you recognize the email? If yes, please email the form owner for more information.
