Change User Name and Password

    We would like to change the user name and password for this account. This individual is no longer with the company. How do we change this information?

    Only us from support can change JotForm username. 

    Please provide us with at least 3x new username option you wanted to change the current username elizacapulong to.

    As for the password, you can change the password when you're logged to the account in the my account profile page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile

    Or you can just reset the log in password using the account email.
