Show Agreement on the notification email

    Is there a way to make TEXT PROPERTIES show up on the form that i receive back from the client?
    I would like to have the Agreement on the printed copy for my records and in the digital one i receive

    I assume you are referring to the notification email that you receive.

    By default the notification email only includes fields that requires user input.

    If you want to include the static texts within your form, you would have to customize the email template. To do so, please follow this guide:
