I receive this notification:
"We recently were not able to email you because your email address "info@____.com" is in our bounce list."
I don't want to change the email, this is the one I need to use with my account on jotform.
Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks.

It seems your email address is in our bounce list.
It could be that notification email was suspected as spam by your email provider.
You may try whitelisting our IP addresses.

I have also removed your email address from our bounce list.
Let us know if the issue still remains.

I put in all that list and domains in my allowed list on my email. Can you check if it's now fixed the bouncing problem?

I did check your email address info@lymphat***.com and it is not in our bounce list anymore.
I would suggest you to please monitor your submission emails and get back to us if you have any trouble.
We will wait for your response.
