I want to upgrade the account to Silver but it is not working

    Hola 

    Quiero reactivar la cuenta en el plan Plata y no me lo permite. 


    Agradezco su apoyo para solucionarlo

    There is a problem with your card, and I suggest checking that with your bank. It says Incomplete payment to our end, which means your card has no enough balance for the upgrade. 

    I tried initiating the upgrade for you, and it is the same thing. You may want to change the card as well.
