Still having problems with DocuSign widget

    I have reloaded the widget several times, and each time I authenticate Jotform gives me a message that the Authentication is complete however, once I close that message I get an error message right next to the Authentication button. I try completing the form and signing and get the "woops something went wrong" error.

    Can I get one of you folks to take a look, I have a paid for subscription with DocuSign that's less than a week old. I used the DocuSign portal today on several PDF applications with no problem.

    Need help.

    I checked your form and it looks like the DocuSign is properly added to your form.

    I cleared your form cache on our server. Please check if the issue still persists on your end.

    VincentJay, my account has been suspended and I don't know why, can you
    look into it and get right back to me. This is becoming very frustrating to
    say the least. Now that the docusign is working I need access to the forms.
