The Silver status does not reflect in the account

    The last time we renewed our account we made a payment for a JotForm Silver Monthly package and we were supposed to enjoy the package of services at least until February 2, 2020

    Unfortunately we have now received a message that we have reached the package utilization quota

    The Silver status is reflected in your account now. Please be noted that your plan would be auto-renewed in February once again. If you do not wish to continue the plan, you may cancel it so that you won't be charged again.
