Add submission ID to redirect URL

Hi,

Is it possible to add dynamic parameter after submission like 

myurl.fr?{submissionID) 

Maybe with change redirection url

The target it's to have on google analytics the url with submission id to analyse form source and know if it's us or other website with specific utm

Then append {id} to get the submission ID.
