If this is the form that you have embedded to your Wixsite, I can see that you have used Paypal Standard Integration to accept payments.
Once the user submits the form, he shall be redirected to a PayPal page to complete the payment.
I just tried making a test submission to your form but was able to confirm that it works as intended.
Could you please share the webpage where the form is embedded so we could also test it there?

I was able to make a test submission to the Payment Form embedded on the said webpage and it redirects me to PayPal as soon I clicked the SUBMIT button.
Do you mean you the payments are not being sent to PayPal? If so, could you please provide the specific submissions with a payment that you haven't received so we could check?

Hi Gina - I understand. But if you already embedded the form to your Wixsite, could you please share with us the link to it so we could make a test? In that way, we could try if we'll be able to replicate the issue you're reporting.

It is due to security implementation by Wix where all codes are loaded in a frame with sandbox attribute.
I'm not sure if this will work but you may try first to embed your form using iframe embed code. If this doesn't help, you can also try to enter your form URL as the alternative way of embedding it on your site rather than using your form embed code. Follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Wix-Site. See if this makes a difference. If none of these helps, you can upgrade to Wix premium where they don't add sandbox on frames.
