Submission data was lost when subscription was disrupted

I recently had some disruption in my subscription but that is all sorted now. 

However it seems that many of my forms have 0 submissions which I'm certain they didn't before.  Has something happened and it deleted the data? Thanks 

I have tried restoring the deleted submission data on your forms. Could you please check again?

Usually, this happens when your account was downgraded to a FREE subscription. Since the said subscription can only store up to 500 submissions only, the overquoted submission data will be automatically deleted and gets replaced by the newly received submissions.
