How to set up my form

I have just created the form I need, but not sure what to do next. Basically we as a company have a tablet in each of our stores, so we were hoping to set up the jotform app on each tablet and as soon as a staff member opens the app they are directed to this form. The form will then need to be sent to about 3 email addresses. Is this possible and if so how do I go about setting this up. I just want to make it as simple as possible for our staff to fill out.

It is possible to send the form notification to multiple respondents however, this feature is available only for paid subscribers.
