Use data from one form to a brand new one

Hi there,

I run a football sessions and would like to have some data from the disclaimer form (form 1) sent to other forms depending on what there answers are:

Form 1

John 

Liverpool

Date

Signs Disclaimer

Form 2 

take the name/ date/ location and creates like a register, so when the Liverpool session is on, the coach simply checks the box to log if they have attended.

I have form 1 set up but I do not know who to divert the information to another form. Ideally looking to create a database of our players

First, you should create the name and the location fields on both forms. Then you should create the links, which will allow you to pass the information between the forms.

So, your links should look something like this:

https://form.jotform.com/53542179889977?fullName1[first]={fullName:first}&fullName1[last]={fullName:last}&textBox8={textBox}

I noticed in your other thread that you would like to redirect the users based on their selection. So, you should put these links in the "Change Thank You Page" conditions.
