Assign dollar value to each dropdown option in a input form.

I have an input table with 3 columns and 4 rows. Each selection has 3 options on a drop down. The options are not prices, they are ages, however, I wish to assign a dollar value to each drop down option and have that value show in the calculation widget.  Is that possible.  Thanks in advance.
