    My IT Manager has been in touch with you.

    I understand you are aware of the issue and believe my user name on the rrgs account is j.connochie@rangiruru.school.nz.  I appreciate your help.

    Hi Carl,

    We can help you with moving the forms and its data, however, for us to proceed we need the form owner to file the request and to authorize that we can move the forms. I can see that the account, rangiJude is on over-limit status, the account owner can still log in then contact us to request to move the forms to your paid account. 

    If he's unable to log in he can reset the password through the forgot password link: How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password

    As per your request, I have now moved all your forms to rrgs account.
