The form sometimes doesnt show the full form on our web site

2) The form sometimes doesnt show the full form - it just cuts off in the  middle. Sometimes its fine, but other times I have to reload to see the full form?

The form on the web page seems to be loading normally and displays at full height. I see that the form is embedded using iFrame embed method. If you notice any further issue, you may try changing the height of the form to 1750px in the form embed code and embed again using the colored section on the web page as shown in the screenshot below.
