Save and Continue

    Good Day, 

    I read on that I don't have to use the two form setup to do save and continue on the card form. I have the Save and Continue enabled in my settings but it does not show up on my survey.

    I have checked your form and was able to replicate the issue.

    However, after clearing the form cache >> disabling and re-enabling the Save and continue feature resolved the issue. Please check your form and let us know if you need any further help from our end.
