Can I download music files which have been uploaded to a form as a link within a CSV or Excel file?

We have competitors who need to upload up to 2 music files with a submission (files up to 4.5 minutes).   I know we can have our competitors upload the files and I have already tested that.

I know we can download all attachments in one go, but this puts the music in one folder and the information relating to the attachments into another folder.   We need to marry up the music file with the data.

Can these files be downloaded en-masse using excel or csv and displaying as a link to the music file within the document?

We have set up a pretty basic form which needs to capture more information, we are just experimenting with the uploads.

Is this a possibility.  Thanks - Gloria

This is possible when you create a Grid listing report.

When you download your submission as CSV or Excel, the uploaded file path is given and not a link.

You may try to integrate your form with Google Sheet.

Please give it a try and let us know how if this fits your requirements.
