Not working on mobile phone

    I created a web form and everything looks and works perfect except that when I view it with my smart phone I can't fill in any of the fields.  The keyboard does not pop up when I select a text field.

    Also, the reCaptcha does not display.

    Your form is working fine on my Android device.

    Please try with another browser app as well. That may work. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before opening the form.

    If the issue persists, please let us know the exact model of your Phone/device so we can test it with the same.

    I have tested your form using my android phone(S10) with the latest android 10 update on Chrome and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

    May we know the web browser you're using to view your form?

    Thanks!  It's working now.

    I have another issue.  On my mobile phone only, I enter zip code but get the "This field is required" message and I cannot submit the form.

    I'm back to my original issue (partially).  I just went to my form from my phone and now only the reCaptcha is not working (sometimes).  Is this a common issue?  I don't want to frustrate my customers by filling in all the data only to find out that they need to refresh the page.

     

    UPDATE:  Now I'm having the problem even after refreshing and completely closing the page and re-entering.  Not working at all.

    Do you mean that you are not able to fill the fields at all?

    Can you please try to test with a different browser and clear the cache, if still not working?
