No email notifications

    Our clients are sending files through our website, but we are not getting an email notifications.

    Please Assist.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I checked on your form Email and I found that the Recipient Email set up on the form was in bounce list due to the reason:

    I have fixed this now and removed the blocked email. New incoming emails from the form should now get through.

    Please let us know if issue still persist.
