Users unable to access

    Hi there,


    P have team members that have accounts that are unable to access.


    Please can you help trouble shoot?

    As we check your account, the forms seem to be loading normally at our end. Could you let us know if there is any error message being displayed or the issue is occurring with any specific forms? This would help us in investigating the issue further and assist you. It would be helpful if you can provide us with a screenshot of any error displayed.

    I also have similar issues. I created JotForms that our Web Dev team own but I am a participant on. When I click the inbox for our forms it gives me the message "Unable to load form. You may not have access to this form."

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a temporary issue with the sub-accounts feature that has been fixed by our amazing backend team quickly. 

    Please check again and let us know if you still notice any issue. We will be happy to take a look again.

    This has been fixed on my side and I am able to access my forms again. Thanks Kiran and Jotform squad!
