Email issue

    A completed form did not go to my mailbox.  It has worked in the past without issue.  Email is not in junk, spam, or et cetera.  The email in setting is correct. What gives?

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused. 

    I have been checking your account and it seems like the recipient email address is not in our bounce list, it seems like emails are sending without issues too. 

    I would recommend you to kindly whitelist our IP addresses so the emails are not blocked due to security reasons, this guide will provide you the needed information: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
