Can I upload a chart as a part of the jotForm?

    I would like to upload a spreadsheet as a 2nd page of jotform. Can I do that? and How?

    Try the spreadsheet widget https://www.jotform.com/widgets/spreadsheet and see if that is what you are looking form.

    If you have your own spreadsheet that you want to embed to your form, you can embed the spreadsheet using iframe widget.
