Approval workflow (almost) works: hidden fields don't show on edit URL.

    I've built this Expense reimbursement form with this three-step workflow:

    1. Employee submits a form ->

    2. Appropriate Manager receives an email and approves or declines ->

    3. Accounting receives an email notification of approval.

    When a request comes to me: Sales Manager, I am able to click the edit link and ultimately "Approve" and initial the request. Then it gets forwarded to our Accounting people.

    But, when the email is conditionally redirected

    CHANGE E-MAIL RECIPIENT

    Redirect your e-mail alerts according to the form entry.

    to an alternative manager (e.g. Editorial or Production), they click the edit link but are unable to see the hidden fields of "Approve" and "Initial".

    I'm able to replicate the problem when opening the Edit Link in an incognito browser.

    Any ideas on how to make this work as I intended?

    Thank you for contacting us. Could you please check the edit link of a test some submission? Also, creating conditions to show the fields in edit URL would help, example: https://www.jotform.com/help/389-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-on-Edit-URL
