I am looking for a solution for new patient registration that is HIPAA compliant and works in WordPress. Ideally this solution would email the information collected to our staff. Most of the solutions I have found store the information on a HIPAA server and our staff would need to login to see the submitted information. This adds a step we would like to eliminate. We have Zix secure email. I see you integrate with GoogleDrive, but cannot find information about how specifically that works.

So any information about how the information flows and is shared upon submission would be appreciated.

If you want the account to be HIPAA compliant and send the emails, please refer to the guide below:

I see you integrate with GoogleDrive, but cannot find information about how specifically that works.

Please note that when the form is integrated with Google Drive, the form submission data in PDF report shall be stored in the Google Drive. If there are any file upload fields, the uploaded files shall also be sent to the integrated Google Drive folder.

    Hope this information helps!

Do you integrate with Microsoft Flow?

Yes. Please see the blog post below to see how Microsoft Flow (Power Automate) integration works.
