Integration with Box

I've created a form which when completed uploads to Box. However, the PDF isn't pulling in all of the information. The submission displays correctly on Jotforms inbox but not when uploading to via the Box integration. Any ideas?

If I understood you correctly, your goal is to save the submission as a PDF to your Box account? And the problem is that you do see a PDF file, but it does not contain all of your data?

If that is the case, please try PDF editor, some fields might be missing there, and therefore you are not able to see it in your Box account.
