How many forms can I create for free?

How many forms can I make for free, how many submissions does that entail, and how sophisticated can these forms be? Ex - open ended questions, multiple choice options, upload files within the form, etc

You can create up to 5 active forms and receive 100 submissions per month in the FREE account. Please note that limits for submissions, form views, payment submissions reset on the first day of the month.
