Is there a way to send the form to two different people for signatures in two spots?

    My form requires a signature for the owner/HR person of the company and on a different page, we need a signature from their agent.  Is there a way to set up roles for signers and send one form to both people?

    Greetings and thank you for your message.

    It is not possible to send one form to two people and assign roles for them.

    You could create an Autoresponder email, include an edit link in it for their agent. After the owner/HR submits the form, agent will get an email with the edit link. After he clicks on it, he will receive the fully completed form, and he can sign and submit the changes. 

    Please note that this will allow him to edit every field in the form.
